Electronic and photonic devices and their applications

The Graphene Study 2017 will have a primary focus on the fundamental science and applications of graphene and related 2D materials in the field of electronics, photonics and sensors. The lectures will be given by key experts from academia and representatives from industry.

While the primary focus of the lectures will be on the latest results related to graphene and 2D materials, two lectures will focus on the specific needs of two major application areas, optical communication and Wifi communication.

Graphene Study 2017 will address the following areas:

  • Fundamentals of 2D-materials based electronic and photonic devices
  • High frequency electronic devices and circuits
  • Optoelectronics including data communication
  • Flexible electronics
