Registration for Graphene Week 2026 opens in March!

Graphene Week 2026 is where the graphene and 2D materials community meets. Europe’s leading conference on graphene and 2D materials offers dynamic sessions, networking opportunities designed to connect academia and industry, as well as, high-level scientific sessions. Important: 23% VAT will be added to the prices listed above. Payment will be charged in Euros (€)

General Conditions

  • All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) excluding VAT. 
  • Payment of fees can be made in Euro (€) by credit card, or invoice (until the Late fee deadline).
  • Registration fees for Graphene Week 2026 are based on the date of registration. This means that you will pay the fee that applied when you registered. The invoice payment maybe extends this date

Confirmation of Registration​

Registrations will be confirmed by email upon receipt of payment and a valid personal address. Incomplete addresses or company addresses will not be accepted and will result in the cancellation of the registration.

 Visa Support Letter

You may request a Visa support letter in the registration form. Such letter is intended to help delegates raise travel funds or obtain a visa. Please note that full registration payment is required before the letter is granted.

Discover Porto with us during Graphene Week 2026!

From historic streets and Atlantic views to vibrant music and exceptional cuisine, Porto offers the perfect setting to bring our community together. Our social programme is designed to help you experience the city while connecting with colleagues in a welcoming atmosphere.

We will open the week with a special Welcome Reception in the heart of Porto, where participants can meet old friends and new collaborators over local flavours and music. To close the conference, join us for the Conference Dinner at WOW – World of Wine, one of Porto’s most iconic venues, for an evening of great food, great music, and even better company.

The Welcome Reception is included in your registration. To attend the Conference Dinner, be sure to reserve your place in the registration form!
