Registration includes free public transport in Munich

Your conference badge will allow you to use all public transport in the Munich City area for free, remember that wearing a mask is obligatory! This is basically the only Covid restriction at the moment, but before travelling check the current entry regulations.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

  • Be inclusive, considerate, respectful and collaborative.
  • Refrain from intimidating, discriminatory, harassing or demeaning behaviour.
  • Inform the event organiser if they notice someone in distress.

Registration for Graphene Week 2022 is now CLOSED!

The registration fee includes:​

  • Access to all scientific sessions ​
  • Access to industry sponsored sessions​
  • Access to the exhibition​
  • Access to the conference digital material, including the Programme and Abstracts Book​
  • Conference material ​
  • Coffee breaks and lunches (all days)​
  • Conference WiFi
  • Public Transport System - 5-9 September, in Zone M, which includes the entire Munich City area

NOT included in the registration fee:​

  • Conference dinner (Thursday 8 September )​
  • Accommodation ​
  • Travel arrangements​
  • Visa costs

Confirmation of Registration​

Registrations will be acknowledged by email upon receipt of payment and a valid personal address. Incomplete addresses or company addresses will not be accepted and will result in the cancellation of the registration.

Important: Any VAT due is already included in the price. No registration fee tax is added when you pay.

Visa Support Letter

The Graphene Week Invitation Letter: you may request an invitation letter for visa purposes available at the registration form. Such an invitation is intended to help delegates raise travel funds or obtain a visa. Please note that full registration payment is required before the letter is granted.  

Conditions:

  1. Payment of fees can be made in Euro by credit card, bank transfer or invoice (until the Late fee deadline).
  2. All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) and excluded from VAT. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted.
  3. Registration fees are based on the date of receipt. The prices indicated are only applicable if BOTH the registration request AND payment are received before midnight, Central European Time (GMT+1), on the relevant registration deadline date, otherwise the higher registration fee will be applied.

Cancellation and Refunds Policy:

  • To cancel your Graphene Week 2022 registration, you must send a request in writing to GW2022@graphene-flagship.eu
  • No-show of the conference will not be reimbursed
  • Cancellation of registration paid before 16 August will be refunded on 50% of your payment
  • No refunds starting 16 August 2022
  • You can request the transfer of your registration to another delegate before 1 September 2022
  • Hotel accommodation can be cancelled free of charge until August 8th, after that date no refund is possible
  • All refunds will be processed after the conference

We are constantly monitoring the situation regarding the coronavirus pandemic and guidelines, both locally and beyond.

We recommend reviewing the guidelines for travel and vaccinations in Germany prior to travelling to Graphene Week.
