This digital workshop, organised by Chalmers Industriteknik, explores the current state of graphene commercialization and the key challenges that must be addressed to scale graphene-based materials to market. Experts from industry, investment, and end-user companies share perspectives on production scale-up, investment readiness, industrial validation, and commercialization pathways. The program begins with a general overview of where graphene stands today, followed by an outline of the main hurdles to commercialization, including cost, dispersion, regulation, processing, sustainability, and demand creation. These challenges are illustrated through real-world examples from material producers, investors, and industrial users. The workshop concludes with a panel discussion focused on what is missing today and what is needed to move graphene to the next stage of market adoption.
