Graphene Flagship Ph.D. students and postdoctoral researchers benefit from a vast network of academic and industrial experts, different schools of thought and interdisciplinary expertise. This is a winning recipe for creative innovation, bringing up employment opportunities and networking possibilities across Europe.
Marcelo Lozada-Hidalgo attended Graphene Study 2015 as a PhD student. Three years later he returned to Graphene Study 2018 as a speaker.

As part of its extensive education and outreach activities, Europe’s Graphene Flagship will soon stage a second Graphene Study week. This will take place from 23-28 March 2015 in Kaprun, a small town in the alpine Pinzgau region of Austria.
The first school on graphene took place in the University Centre of Obergurgl last February. Graphene Study 2014 saw the presence of many speakers, researchers and industries and focused of building a network of expertise between the attendees.
