Graphene: A New Age
From the tip of a pencil to a white sheet of paper – if you have ever drawn with a pencil, you have probably made graphene. But what can graphene do?
By using our senses to explore graphene’s unique set of properties, we can open up the door to the next technological epoch – the Graphene Age. In the 50 square meter exhibition, Graphene: A New Age, you can find hands-on experiments, videos, illustrations, facts, and visualisations, as well as a wide range of graphene products.
For instance
Do you know how much force is required to bend a graphene-reinforced rod compared rods made of similar materials? Or have you ever experienced graphene’s exceptional ability to conduct heat?
So where will it take us
Step inside and discover more about graphene, and how it can revolutionise society and our everyday lives. The exhibition is available from 25 June, 2014 at Universeum Science Center, Gothenburg, Sweden. Stay tuned for other venues in the future.
