What is on offer at Graphene Week 2023?
Graphene Week 2023 will build on the success of previous years to create an event for researchers, innovators, and industry leaders, present and emerging
Graphene Week 2023 is approaching fast – and we have news to share!
At this year’s Graphene Week, we will be bringing together experts, leaders and innovators from across the 2D-materials community and related industries to ‘turn wonder into action’. By this we mean: at Graphene Week 2023, the focus will be on far more than merely marvelling at graphene. Rather, we are committed to seeing what can be done with this material, and to discovering the high-potential areas for graphene research and applications in the future.
Graphene Week 2023 will run for five days in Gothenburg, Sweden, from the 4-8 September. The event will feature over 25 keynote and invited speakers in plenary talks, around 100 oral contributions in parallel sessions and approximately 300 poster presentations.
The event will also incorporate several dedicated sessions that offer opportunities to specific groups within our community to showcase their work and to make new connections. These sessions include the Graphene Innovation Forum, the Exhibitors Future Forum and fringe sessions on Diversity and Early Career Research.
By attending Graphene Week 2023, you will have the rare opportunity to connect with relevant peers on a large and meaningful scale. New perspectives, new collaborations and new technologies – they all begin here.
Moreover, as a non-commercial event funded by the European Commission, Graphene Week really is the European arena that provides the greatest opportunity to talented researchers and innovators to showcase their work and build new partnerships. Our goal at Graphene Week is to support you, and to support graphene research and applications – nothing more. Your goals and priorities are our goals and priorities.
Wherever you are, and at whichever stage of your career you find yourself, we hope you will join us at Graphene Week 2023. Together, we are working to discover how graphene and 2D-materials can shape a stronger and more sustainable society. Be a part of turning wonder into action.
