SciTechEuropa talks Spintronics and the Graphene Flagship
The Graphene Flagship, from its very inception, saw the potential of spintronics devices made from graphene and related materials (GRMs). From novel circuits to new non-volatile memories, as well as information processing technologies including quantum computing, GRMs have a huge part to play. By dedicating an entire Work-Package to spintronics the Graphene Flagship has been able to facilitate industry-academic collaborations in GRM-based spintronics.
In this feature article, published in SciTechEuropa Quarterly, learn more about spintronics within the Graphene Flagship from two Graphene Flagship researchers based at ICN2 in Spain, Professor Stephan Roche, who is deputy leader of the spintronics Work-Package and Dr Regina Galceran, a post-doctoral researcher in graphene spintronics.
